If you were anything like for the last decade, you listened to a lot of music. I had the AudioScrobbler plugin for WinAmp, so that I could use their data tracking to help me discover new music. Then Last.FM bought AudioScrobbler and I got on board with their service, which used Scrobble data from thousands of users to help you discover other music you might like, long before services like Pandora or Beats tried to create a custom channel for you. Club Nintendo announces closure details – last days to redeem points!

Below is the announcement, in full, from Nintendo of America, Inc. regarding the closure of Club Nintendo.  In short, you can still add coins to your account until March 31st, and you can purchase items from Club Nintendo by redeeming those coins until June 30th.  On July 1st, 2015, all coins will be deleted and products no longer available.  I have redeemed coins for a couple of small items over the years, and Nintendo has made available some new posters and cool 3DS XL Pouches, as well as new downloadable games and DLC, to help people use up their remaining coin balance.  The rest of this post contains the official Nintendo of America announcement:

Will the government notify you that they read your emails? Eventually… maybe.

Recently, my sister, a Bar-certified lawyer in the state of California, asked me a great question with regards to all of the recent talk about email privacy. She noted that the article says that, if these amendments take hold, that the government is supposed to notify you within 3-business days that they had snooped in your email.
