So after a few weeks of physical therapy on my hand, I’ve hit a bit of a wall. I will continue to work on it until I hopefully return to 100%. But, while it’s not perfect, overall normal behavior is back in my thumb. There is discomfort, but I can hold a controller and play some video games again!
That being said, I haven’t resumed production of Our Story So Far TV videos, yet, but I may. I haven’t made any tech videos lately, because the things I have wanted to work on have been a bit sensitive (data recovery), and rather than using someone’s data as a real world example, I’ve been trying to come up with a way to “fake it” so that I can create a video walking people through some of the processes I use to recover data. And obviously motorcycle videos are on hiatus until I buy a new motorcycle, which probably won’t be until next summer.
Despite all of that, an interesting idea has been floating around in my head for almost a year now. It won’t be a very LONG video and should be fairly simple to produce. Since I’m confident that I’ll be able to do this, even though it might be a month away, I’ll let you all in on it: I’ve come up with a fun idea for a one-off episode of a Star Wars “fan-theory” that I may try to produce just before Episode 9 comes out. I don’t want to spoil it, but it’s definitely something different and just for fun. Because that’s ALL this website is, anymore. I don’t try to cover serious news on any front. I just write about what I want to write about, if and when I want to put it out there into the ether. That’s the sort of thing you do after running one website for 20 years. It’s just a personal blog, and if you happen to be reading it… hey, thanks!
